She is preceded in death by her parents, her two children Nadine Wiley Benson and Richard C. Wiley; sisters, Irma Hannah and Louise Hutchins; her brother, Harley Barker.
She leaves behind her daughter, Teresa Wiley Huskins and husband Glenn, her granddaughter, Angel Edwards; her great-grandchildren, Savannah Lucas and Austin Edwards; her brother, Rev. Johnnie Barker, all of whom she greatly loved; many nieces and nephews.
Frances was raised on the Arlington Mill Village. She has a heart of gold, full of goodness and giving. Frances touched the hearts of many and some of her last word were "love is the most important thing" and "Jesus is coming soon get saved". She will be greatly missed but greatly received also.
