YANCEY, Charlotte Siegel, 69, of Mechanicsville, died Monday, May 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edythe Siegel. She is survived by her husband, Ed Yancey; sons, William Fisch, Samuel Fisch and Robert Fisch; a sister, Willa Siegel Kalman; granddaughter, Sarah Fisch; and two great-grandchildren, Austin and Nathan Shaw. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Richmond Beth-El Cemetery at Forest Lawn. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
