LORENZIE DALE KNUCKLES, born to Leonard Lorenzie and Martha Jane Jordan Knuckles, Sr., on May 3, 1947, passed from this life on October 5, 2016 at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Raised in Trenton, Florida, he moved to Chiefland following his marriage to Andrea Graham. There he worked and raised a family fathering 3 daughters, who blessed him with 15 grandchildren, he was very much involved in the academic and athletic ventures of his family.

Dale was a faithful member of Rising Faith in Christ, where he dedicated his life serving and ministering to others.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea Knuckles; daughters, Athena (Anthony), Leatha (Shane), Lynda (Shawn); 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Knuckles and great granddaughter, Zipporah Larenzie Sherman-Nichols.

Funeral services will be held at the Hardeetown Baptist Church on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Hardeetown Methodist Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 between the hours of 6 and 8pm at the Chiefland Chapel of Rick Gooding Funeral Home.
