Margaret E. Berrigan, 72, formerly of Gordon Avenue, and widow of Edmund J. Berrigan Sr., died Thursday in Forest Manor Nursing Home, Middleboro, Mass.
Until retiring in 1971, she was a school lunch aide at Hope High School for 12 years. She was a former member of the Rosary & Altar Society of St. Michael's Church.
A daughter of the late Patrick and Alice (Hilton) Dugan, she lived in Providence all her life.
Mrs. Berrigan is survived by three sons, a daughter and 13 grandchildren.
