Born in St. Helena, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, Lois Geneva Lanier Anderman, 87, passed away on Saturday, October 08, 2016.

A loving mother, wife and grandmother, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Myrtle Anderman of Walker; daughter and son-in-law, Gayle and Stephan Saloom of Walker; a son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Paula Anderman of Gonzales; two sisters, Addie Lou Hancock of Greenwell Springs, and Verna Theriot of Kenner; brother, Donald Lanier of Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren and their spouses; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Clarence Joseph Anderman, Sr.; parents, John Samuel and Geneva McDowell Lanier; three brothers, Henry, Huey and Alonzo "Junior" Lanier; seven sisters, Quinnie Mae Tyler, Camille Stafford, Lorena Fletcher, Etta Bozeman, Janie Carrol, Lora Cutrer and Kay Fairburn; a daughter, Alisa Anderman Corio; and a great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Andie Erwin.

Pallbearers will be Steven Saloom, Joey Anderman III, Jeremy Anderman, Andy Anderman, Joseph Corio, Aaron Owens and Heath Waguespack.

Lois was a member of Judson Baptist Church and former owner of Anderman's Jewelers in Baton Rouge.

Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from noon until religious services at 3 pm conducted by Rev. Merlin McCon. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
