Jack Phillip Aaron, Jr., age 74 of Newnan. passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Nellie Aaron, Sr.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 3:30 P.M. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor David Scott, and Joe McKinnon officiating; Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Suggested edit: Attended Forest Park High School in Georgia and then continued to college at Clemson University (1960 - 1963). Went on to be a Professional football player - Played for the Atlanta Spartans (ACFL - Atlantic Coast Football League) in 1964 and the Atlanta/Columbus Mustangs (SFL - Southern Football League) in 1965.
