Anna Mae Madden, Rock Island, Dies
Miss Anna Mae Madden, 26, invalid daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. F . Madden, 1322 5 1/2. avenue, died at 11:40 this morning in St. Anthony's hospital She had been an invalid since childhood.
Miss Madden had worked at various places as a typist, her last place of employment being the Augustana Book Concern, Which she left three weeks ago when she became ill.
Miss Madden was born Sept. 28, 1919, in Rock Island. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church. Surviving are her parents; a brother, Edward F. Madden Jr., Rock Island; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Buranek of Rock Island, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. E. F. Madden of Espy, Pa.
The body was taken to Wheelan funeral home.
