Due to DNA testing and the new found DC, I believe it is possible that Sara Lavenia Mooneyham Gann is the daughter of John Mooneyham (parents John Mooneyham & Unknown wife) and 1st wife Arminda "Amanda" Manus (parents John Fox Manus & Lavina Middleton).

It is believed that Arminda died in childbirth ca 1860-1862 and John married her sister, Sarah, leaving no children. I think it is possible they did leave a child behind and it is Sara.

She also is buried in Manus Cemetery near John Fox Manus (my 3rd Great Grandfather) graves indicating close relationship.
