Rev. Maurice Frevert officiated at the services in the Methodist Church in Rolfe with Powers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Description of music and performers. Burial was in Clinton-Garfield Cemetery. Mrs. Hosier passed away on July 22, 1966, at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn her passing many relatives and friends. Amelia Frederica Budolfson Hosier, daughter of Christian and Anna Marie Budolfson was born in Tama County, Iowa, on November 27, 1878. She moved with her family to Webster County by covered wagon when one year old. They lived near Gowrie a few years, then moved to Calhoun County near Farnhamville. At the age of ten she settled with the family in Pocahontas county north of Rolfe, where she resided for 73 years. She was married on June 24, 1948, to Clarence A. Hosier. He preceded her in death on March 1, 1964. Since that time she has made her home with the Carl Hosier of Plover. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Rolfe for many years.
