BAIRD – In this city, November 5, at her late home, 3110 Downey avenue, Almina Abbie Baird, beloved wife of W. F. Baird, and mother of Ralph and Martha Baird. Funeral will be held at the Second Presbyterian Church, corner Downey avenue and Daly street, on Tuesday, November 10, at 2 p.m. Interment Evergreen.

EAST LOS ANGELES

Many East Side people have been saddened by the untimely death of Mrs. Almina Abbe Baird, wife of W. F. Baird, one of the prominent business men of this part of the city. Mrs. Baird was an accomplished musician, and had held important positions in musical work both in this city and in Pasadena. At the time of her death she was organist and director of the Westlake Methodist Church choir. She leaves two children, Ralph and Martha Baird. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock, at the Second Presbyterian Church, corner of Daly and Downey avenues, and the interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
