John passed away on October 2, 2016 in Bloomfield, New Mexico surrounded by his loving family.
John was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
John served in World War II in the United States Navy, where he worked as an Aviation Machinist.
Later he went to Welding School in Wichita, Kansas. John became an Electrician for forty years at General Electric in Albuquerque New Mexico.
John was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rita Curran of sixty-nine years, daughter, Patricia Rodgers and son-in-law, Ted Hendrix.
John is survived by his son, Daniel Curran and his wife, Kathy Curran, daughter, Kathy Hendrix, grandchildren, Alicia Stegall and her husband, Mikel Stegall, Nicole Hendrix and her fiancé, Kevin Neville, Taylor Rodgers and Lauren Rodgers and great-grandchildren, Jesse, Devon Stegall and Katelyn Schwartz.
Cremation has taken place and John will be buried at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM.
