Lou M. Schulte, age 91, formerly of Mediapolis, died Sunday October 16, 2016 at the Klein Center in West Burlington. The daughter of Boyd Evans and Esther McClintock, she was born March 8, 1925 at Springfield, Mo. On August 14, 1947 she married Thomas Schulte at St. Mary’s Church in Dodgeville. She was a graduate of the Sperry High School and the College of Commerce in Burlington. She worked as a secretary for Mr. Peterson of Riepe Peterson and Ed Denz of Murray Iron Works. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dodgeville. She was a blood donor and had been a boy and girl scout leader.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
