Irene Howeth-Pitt, 90, of Amarillo died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Llano Cemetery with Mark Rector officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Irene was born June 18, 1926, in Checota, Okla., to Minnie and Oscar Bowden. She lived in Amarillo for more than 52 years.
She was preceded in death by three children, Billy Howeth, Glenda Meyer and Larry Howeth.
Survivors include a son, David Howeth; two daughters, Linda Stewart and Sharon Kay Collins; a sister, Ruby Turner, all of Amarillo; 16 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
