Funeral services were held December 14, 1987 at the Kingsford Funeral Home for Elizabeth (Bess) DeGraaf Chrisman, 90, who passed away December 11 at the Crandon Nursing Home in Crandon, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Chrisman was born May 11, 1897 in Edgerton, Minnesota, and lived at their farm home at Iron Mountain, Michigan, for about sixty years until entering the nursing home in recent years.

She is survived by seven sons, five daughters, one brother, 39 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Verne, in 1954 and by two sons in 1960 and 1974. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. John DeGraaf, and nieces and nephews at Sanborn and Melvin.
