Funeral services are pending for Mrs. Ada B. Braly, native of Hunt County and well known resident of Celeste, who died suddenly at her home at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday night. Mrs. Braly has been ill about two weeks.

The body will rest at the Gray-Ballard-Sorrells Funeral Home until arrangements are completed.

A resident of Celeste for the past fifty years, Mrs. Braly moved there from Campbell where she was born July 29, 1878. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of McKinney for many years, and was also a member of the Celeste Study Club.

Surviving are two sons, Doris Braly of Houston and Ben Braly of Weslaco; two daughters, Mrs. Marthat (sic) White of Burlington, Ia., and Mrs. Frances Hodder of San Antonio; two brothers, T.R. Craig of McKinney and Paul Craig of Wayne, Pa.; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ada B. Braly who died at her home in Celeste Wednesday, February 8th, were held Thursday afternoon at 2pm in Greenville. The Rev. Eugene Skelton, pastor of the Leonard Baptist Church conducted the services. Burial was in the Forest Park cemetery. Among those from Leonard attending the services were Mrs. Ethel Arnold, Mrs. Lula Christian, Mr. and Mrs. V. R. Purkey, Mr. and Mrs Jack Barbee and Mrs. Eugene Skelton.
