Frank was born to Gene and Olive McGough in Buffalo, OK on Aug.6, 1959. He passed away quietly at his home on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in Oklahoma City, OK. Frank was a decorated Veteran of The United States Air Force, serving as Fireman/Paramedic in The Gulf War/ Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. He was probably the most faithful fan of the Sooner Nation. OU had a very special place in his life. His wishes were to cremated and put to rest between his mother and father. Frank will be fondly remembered, loved and missed by his family and friends and his little pal Zoe. Rest in peace and no more pain.
