Mr. Charlie G. Scott, Sr., age 82, 1408 Anna Lane, Louisville, died 21 Aug 1980 in Louisville. His parents are the late James Lewis Scott and Rebecca Ellen Whitlow Scott. He was a native of Green Co. and a retired farmer. He was a member of the Carlisle Ave. Baptist Church and a member of the masonic lodge.
Survivors are 7 sons: Wayne Scott, Lexington; James Floyd, Eugene, Charlie Gean, Jr., Ernest C., Murl, and Jimmie Scott, Louisville; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mrs. Cora Whitlow, Mrs. Cynthia Reeves and Mrs. Elsie Oller. Funeral services were conducted Mon 25 Aug at 11 am at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home.
