CHUCK CROWLEY was born Charles Crawford White on 19 September 1946. He died from an apparent cardiac arrest on the morning of his 65th birthday. He had suffered from alcoholism most of his life.

Chuck was not married at the time of his death. He is survived by his sister, Cydney. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marguerite S. Bennett, his biological father, AAF WWII P-47 pilot Captain Henry "Hank" White, and his legal adoptive stepfather, William Aloysius Crowley.

Chuck was a 1965 graduate of Jesuit High School in Dallas, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin, and Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. An avid golfer, he was a member of Harlingen Country Club for many years. Chuck was baptized and confirmed Catholic at Saint Thomas Aquinas, Dallas, Texas, where he attended primary school.

Chuck's former wife, Marti Roach, died one year and two months after him.

Visitation and cremation was provided by Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home of Harlingen, Texas.
