Cooperstwon, Dec. 29--Mrs. Phydia Elmira Fassett, wife of the late Ezra Fassett, died Monday night at the home of her sister, Mrs. Sanford H. Ballard.
Surviving her are a sister, Mrs. Ballard; a brother, Andrew Jackson; two daughters, Mrs. Sarah Schultz of Herkimer, and Mrs. Walter F Gray of Cooperstown. The funeral will be held at the home of her sister Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, the Rev. C. E. Brown officiating. The body will be placed in Lakewood cemetery receiving vault until spring. Then burial will be made at Springfield Center.
