Juanita Faye Boykin Young was born March 4, 1931 in Alto, Texas. to the late J.R. and Vera Boykin. She passed away on October 19, 2016 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 85 yrs., 7 months, 15 days. She married Jack M. Young in 1947, and they had two sons, Joe F. Young and Charles E. Young and one daughter Sherri L. Sallee. Juanita is preceded in death by: her husband, Jack Young, parents, J.R. and Vera Boykin and her brother, Manuel R. Boykin. She is survived by her children: Joe & Sondra Young of Conroe, Texas, Charles & Judy Young of Tomball, Texas, and Sherri Sallee of Tiki Island, Texas . Grandchildren: Joe F. Young Jr. of Brownwood, Texas, Lacey & Brad Ballew of Katy, Texas, Michelle Wright of Silverton, New Mexico, Laura Huey, of Katy Texas, Nicole Siebenhausen, of Tomball, Texas, and Daniel Griffith of Katy, Texas. Sister-in-law: Shirley Boykin of Rusk, Texas and numerous friends and family members. Juanita was a founding member of Allendale Baptist Church and resided in Conroe, Texas. Family will receive friends and family on Sat. Oct. 22, 2016 at 10:00 am; services will follow at 11:00 am in the Cashner Funeral Home Chapel in Conroe, Texas. Burial will follow at Garden Park Cemetery. Bro. Roy Brooks and Bro. Danny Wendt will officiate the service.
