Ruth Dean (George) Sparkman, 86 years old, Grove, OK, resident passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016, in the presence of her family in Grove, OK.
Ruth was born on September 4, 1930, in Wetmore, KS, to Riley and Lena (Scroggins) George.
She was a homemaker among many other things in Jay and Grove. Ruth enjoyed playing guitar, piano, going fishing, she loved quilting, making doll clothes, grandkids clothes, and cooking a big ole pot of beans!
She was preceded in death by her parents – Riley and Lena, granddaughter – Christy Littlefield, sister – Rilene Thompson and daughter-in-law – Rhonda Hilton.
She is survived by her sons Andy Hilton and Johnny Sparkman of Grove, daughters Becky Sparkman of Grove and Debbie Littlefield and husband Jim of Afton, Oklahoma
Grandchildren: Shannon Sergeant and husband David of Grove, Ok, Robin Littlefield of Miami, Ok, Shane Littlefield and wife Allie of Lone Jack, Mo, Angie Dixon of Grove, Ok, Scott Hilton and wife Carol of Afton, Ok, Andy Lee Hilton of Afton, Ok, Shawn Hilton of Wyandotte, Ok, and Ronny Hilton and wife Stephanie of Afton, Ok

She also leaves behind her baby sister Donna Crawford and husband Mel of Zena, Ok, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many caregivers that were family to her.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at 2 pm at Duffield Cemetery in Jay, OK.
Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
