Christy Lynn Long Gibson, 48, of 2709 Vassar St., Low Moor, died Friday, July 14, 1995, at her residence. She was the wife of Lester Gibson. Mrs. Gibson was born November 9, 1946, in Clifton Forge, a daughter of Alene Fortune Baker and the late Frank G. Long. She was a member of Calvary Christian Church. Mrs. Gibson was employed as an office manager with Covington Motors Inc. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Ronald D. Baker, Covington; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Frances Fortune, Waynesboro; two sons and daughter-in-law, Terry Lynn and Anne Kinsey, Ronald Kevin Kinsey, all of Covington; one stepdaughter, Miss Wendy Gibson, Low Moor; one brother, Frank G. Long Jr., Bozeman, Mont.; one grandson, Christopher Kinsey, Covington; a number of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at the graveside, Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Addie E. Davis officiating. Loving Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
