He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Austin Allen of Waynesville; one son, Steven Austin and wife, Cathi, of Greer, South Carolina; a sister, Oneida Mason of Bethel; two brothers, Larry and Ray Dean Austin, all of Candler; and four grandchildren, Abbi Pittman, Briana and Brooklyn Allen, and Madi Austin.
