She was born in Russell County on Sept. 2, 1899, to Lola Wade Bernard and Ross Bernard, both of who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her husband - Willie "Bill" Beasley.
Mrs. Beasley is survived by one daughter - Ruth Meece of Indianapolis, Ind; One grandson - Jerry Meece of Windsor; and three other grandchildren also survive.
Other survivors include two sisters - Erma Lawson of Windsor and Edna Godsey of Cincinnati, Ohio. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was a homemaker, and a member of Bradley's Pleasure Baptist Church.
Funeral services were Tuesday, July 21, at 10 a.m. at Bradley's Pleasure Church with te h Rev. S. L. Sears officiating.
Pallbearers were Bernell Turner, Robert Campbell, Terry Hargis, Bert Rogers, Chester Roberts and Steven Crase.
Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Casey County.
