Cousin, for the Love of You: Although I never got to meet you, as you were gone before I was born. I thank you for your sacrifice. I am grateful to know you through the many memories that you made with our family, that we now hold so dear. You were my brother's namesake. A name that he wore so very proudly. You are buried beside my grandparents an amazing final resting place. You are a HERO not only to our family, but also to this great country that we call home. We are safer and enjoy peaceful freedom because of your sacrifice. I would love to have known you Adell, the cousin my mother so fondly considered her 'brother'. I love you and your memory lives on in the lives and hearts of our family. Your cousin, Turkessa Alston Greene.

He is the Son of Mr and Mrs Ira J. Alston of 1106 North 17th, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Grandson of Mrs Nellie Alston Route 5 and Mrs Joyce Burnette, Route 2, Pittsboro NC.
