Born in Bloomington on April 7, 1957 into the home of the late George and Marian (McNeely) Kuruzovich, Jane was the youngest of four children. She is survived by her sister Donna Harlow, formerly of Texas, her brother Richard Kuruzovich (wife Lynn) and her brother Tom Kuruzovich (wife Barb). She took great joy in the newest generations, nephews J.T. and Steven (wife Melany) Kuruzovich and niece, Brittany Haywood (husband Dustin), as well as great nieces and nephews, Drew and Ryan Eyster, Michelle and Ian Kuruzovich and Addison LaFree and Ainsley Haywood.
As a long time employee and masseuse at Molly's Food Unique, Jane she was happy serving her customers and clients. Prior to that she worked for many years at the City of Bloomington Utilities Department.
Jane was a graduate of Edgewood High School, class of '75. She attended college at Tri-State (now Trine University) and received her associates degree in business. At age 40 she enrolled in massage school and received a year's training and certification. She maintained friendships from all these stages of her life. She also had many friends that became her extended family and meant the world to her, especially the "Vikings".
Funeral services will be held at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Art Collins of the Ellettsville First United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call upon the family at the funeral home on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. and again one hour prior to the services on Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you become a Secret Santa at Christmas to help a needy child or family or give to the Humane Society, a local animal shelter or the Exotic Feline Rescue Center in Center Point, Indiana. Jane supported these charities. She loved animals, Christmas and helping others.
