She was born May 1, 1954 in Odessa, TX to John Clark & La Nette Gene (Suhr) Germany. Kathryn was a graduate of Odessa Permian High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Caldwell VFW Post 4458 Women’s Auxillary.
Survivors include her son, Jon Carter of Bryan,TX daughter, Melisa (Carter) Waldrop of Caldwell, mother, La Nette Germany of Caldwell, brothers & sister-in-law, Greg Germany of Del Rio, Sammy & Joy Germany of Picayune, Mississippi, sister, Delilah Germany of Bryan, grandchildren, Alexander Rubio and Calie Waldrop both of Caldwell, four nephews and numerous other relatives.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her father, John Clark Germany.
