John Francis Andrew, age 87, long time resident of Bend, Oregon, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016. John, born April 15, 1929, in Tumalo, Oregon, was a graduate of Redmond High School. He was known by family and friends as a good man, a kind man, a hardworking man, a humble man who was always there to help and could fix just about anything, a man who loved to play card games, and most importantly, a family man. Married to his high school sweetheart for thirty four years, John lost the love of his life when Jean passed on at an early age.

John was preceded in death by father, Walter Andrew; mother, Vida Andrew (Bowman); sister, Emily Gill; wife, Jean Andrew (Baker); son-in-law, Robert Jaynes; and grandson, Toby Jaynes.

He is survived by sisters, Edna Uptain and Leora Swenson; daughter, Linda Jaynes; sons, Jim Andrew and Mike Andrew; granddaughter, Jessica; grandsons, Cass, Alex, Galen, and Jacob; great grandchildren, Garrett, Mitchell, Nick, Tyler, Allen, Jessie, Zachary, Elliot, and Owen; and great-great-grandchild, Zavier
