Ann C. Rudy (nee Barlas), age 93 of Merrillville, IN, passed away November 10, 2016. She served in the Women’s Army Corp during WWII as a Staff Sergeant, and later worked in the medical field for 40 years.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew. She is survived by her children- Marge (Garry) Aloia of Crown Point, David Michael (Susan) Rudy of Valparaiso, and Paul (Sue) Rudy of Orlando, FL; Seven grandchildren –Matthew Aloia, Christine (Neil) Sobczak, and Erica Aloia, David M. (Amanda) Rudy, Jr., Jason (Tara) Rudy, Laura (Andrew) Staggs and Allison Rudy; great-grandchildren- Anja, Lila, and Karisa; brother- Paul (Barb) Barlas.
