Lillard was born September 16, 1928 to the late Emmitt L. and Flora M. Hughett of Oneida, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Ima Jean Hughett; Sisters; Ethel Byrd and Littie Posey; Brother: Roy Hughett.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Sunday Evening, November 13, 2016 in the Chapel of Flanner & Buchanan-Washington Park East Funeral Home in Indianapolis, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday Morning, November 14, 2016 in the Chapel of Flanner & Buchanan-Washington Park East Funeral Home.
