On August 26th, at the home of Mr. F. L. Banks, Johnsonville, GA., Mr. Farley Haygood was united in marriage to Miss Mattie Banks, Rev. Henry D. Pace officiating. Mr. Haygood is a son of Mr. T. M. Haygood, relatives of Bishop A. G. Haygood. He is a young man of fine promise. Miss Banks is one of the best christian young woman in this section. She has done much toward developing the young talent of Marvin Church, Barnesville Circuit, this year. After a trip to Indian Springs this couple will be at home for the present at the resident of Mr. T. M. Haygood. There was a large crowd of relatives and friends present on both sides of household. The parlor was beautifully decorated for the occasion. Delightful refreshments were served both at Mr. F. L. Banks' and at Mr. T. M. Haygood's .
