ZAREPHATH --Zella Adelle Sillett, 95, died Wednesday (Dec. 13, 2006) at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., she was the daughter of Charles F. and Mary Frankenfield Shafer. She moved to Zarephath in 1918.
Zella was a teacher and Missionary for Pillar of Fire Church, working in Zarephath, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Cincinnati and Denver.
Zella was predeceased by her husband, Norman Sillett, who died in 1977.
She is survived by her sister, Irel Truitt of Zarephath, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Zarephath Christian Church.
