The most important and enjoyable times in Joyce's life were with her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother finding joy in each one of them. She loved to entertain, often hosting gatherings at her home with family and friends. Joyce and her husband were members of multiple card clubs throughout their years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting, and camping. Joyce was a devout member of St. Peter of Alcantara in Port Washington.
Joyce is survived by her children: William (the late Barbara) Ackeret of Saukville, Sharon (Stanley) Richards of Hayward, Barbara Cartwright of Broken Arrow, OK, and Nancy (Steven) Crook of Grafton. She is further survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley, her son Michael, siblings, Donald, Raymond and Joan.
