He was born in Colton, NY, on 10/4/1953. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. John Stark. He was twice married.
His first wife was Miss Jane Dyke. They were for many years residents of Brasher Fall, NY. Three children were born to them; a son John of Pittsburgh, PA; a daughter, Miss Ada, a teacher in Pittsburgh and a son Floyd who died in Brasher Falls in 1906. She died in Loughman, FL, on 2/1/1926. Mr. and Mrs. Stark went to Florida over 20 years ago to make their home. In 1927 he married Mrs. Frances Humphrey in Florida who survives. He also leaves three granddaughters, Mrs. Eloise Morris of Chicago, Mrs. Dorothy Bayers of Oberlin, Ohio and Miss Marian Stark, Hillsboro, Ohio, and several great-grandchildren.
