Lewis born in 1897; Uriah Melvin Lewis born April 3, 1900; and Norman Edward Lewis born in 1903. He was the beloved husband of EVA B. KING LEWIS whom he married in 1923. He was the beloved father of IVEY WILLIAM LEWIS, JR. born in 1924; VERNON KING LEWIS who was born in 1925; and MARY ELIZABETH LEWIS BENSON . He was a lifelong fisherman, a tradition carried on by his sons. He passed away at home from a sudden heart attack. He is deeply missed.
