ENCS James Francis Aelick, USN, (Ret.), 82, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Lethy "Lucy" Clark entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 19, 2016.
The family will receive friends Wednesday November 23, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. His Funeral Service with Military Honors will be held Friday November 25, 2016 in Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC at 11:00 a.m.
James was born August 28, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan, son of the late Rufus Aelick and Katherine Ballengosh Aelick. He was a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Engineman.
He is survived by his wife, Lethy "Lucy" Clark, and a sister, Mary Aelick both of Charleston, SC.
He is predeceased by his first wife, Elsie Paige Aelick, two sons, David and John Aelick.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P. O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
