SP4 Reginald Conrad Bell, Vietnam Veteran, Native of Piney Green, NC.

SP4 Reginald Conrad Bell was a member of the Army. SP4 Bell served our country until April 16th, 1968 in Thua Thien, South Vietnam. He was 19 years old and was not married. It was reported that Reginald died from small arms fire or grenade. His body was recovered. SP4 Bell is on panel 50E, line 011 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.

Reginald, it's been 37 years since you left us but it feels like yesterday. Some aches just don't go away. I will always remember you as a young man with so many dreams and so little time. He attended High School in Faison, NC. Marcia Carter Mills.

He was the son of Mr and Mrs Nolan A Bell, Route #1, Box 42, Faison, NC.

He served with Delta Company, 502nd Infantry Regiment, "Strike", 101st Airborne Division, "Screaming Eagles", USARV.

He was awarded The Combat Infantryman's Badge(CIB), The Purple Heart Medal for his combat related wounds, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Republic of Vietnam Campaign Service Medal, The National Defense Service Medal.
