Veronica Dulgarian-Putt, 54, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 after her courageous battle with brain cancer. Veronica was born October 12, 1962 in New York. She was the daughter of the late Edward Dulgarian and Cindy Tuthill.
Veronica is survived by four loving children, twins daughters Veronica and Nicole Cobb of Owings Mills, MD, Randy Dulgarian of Norfolk, VA and her “furry baby”, her cat Pinky; five adoring grandchildren and a host of additional relatives and dear friends
