Edger was the son of Cornelius Rlonza and Sarah Ellen (Glaze) Boone, and the Grandson of Paul and Nancy Estle Boone, and the Grandson of Nathan and Nancy E. Glaze. Edger attended the Deming School in his early life, In 1918, Edger Married Clora L. Burris, and together they had three children that I know of, they were, two daughter's, Audna Murrel Boone (Blann), and Maxine M. Boone (Swiggett), and one son, Herbert E. Boone. Edger was a partner in the Blann-Boone Hardware in Cicero for 18 years, later he was associated with the Blann Hardware in Noblesville. He was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church of Deming, and in his later years he was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Noblesville, Edger was also a past president of the Commercial Club of Cicero, and a member of the advisory board of Jackson Township Schools, and he belonged to the Boxley Brotherhood. Edger was very well known in the Deming community, My Great Grandmother, Grace Maude (Holliday) Holloway spoke of him often. Edger was 74 years old when he died.
