Born August 15, 1957, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Richard Floyd and Carol Marjorie Timmerman Cluney. She married Richard Caldwell in 1974. They later divorced.
Kathy was the owner of Kat's Cleaning Solutions.
She enjoyed flowers, gardening, fishing, playing cards, taking walks in the country, and baking cupcakes for her friends. Kathy was very patient and enjoyed visiting with people. She was an avid supporter of the Humane Society and enjoyed feeding and taking care of animals.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
