Surviving: husband, Ernest Ray Blankenship; sons, Bill of Maysel, Stephen of Parkersburg; daughters, Peggy Dawson of Clay, Kim Thomas of Wallback, Janet Wiseman of Brewster, Ohio; sisters, Evelyn Holt of Rich Springs, Ga., Ora Boggs of Winston-Salem, N.C., Doris Blankenship of Caryville, Fla., Pauline Eagle of Big Chimney, Jane Blankenship of Cowen. There will be no service or visitation. The body has been cremated. Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, is in charge of arrangements
