Ella Maedawn Albright 86, of Allegheny Township, died Tuesday, November 22, 2016, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born May 17, 1930, in Washington Township, Armstrong County. She is the daughter of the late Mathias Edgar and Mildred Croyle Bowser.

Ella had been employed as a nurse at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vandergrift, and was a member of the Circus Builders International Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Richard Noel Albright, of Allegheny Township; her son, Douglas Allen (Amy Lynn Clawson) Albright, of New Kensington; two granddaughters, Hannah Mae, and Hayley Ruth Albright; two sisters, Betty Marie Bowser Noll, of Florida, and Helen Jean Bowser Rumbaugh, of Cabot; two brothers, Corbin Jay Bowser, and Larry Ellis Bowser, both of Worthington. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Annabelle Ruth Bowser Benson; and a brother, Robert Ellis Bowser.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the DUNMIRE-KERR AND ROWE FUNERAL HOME INC. 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with pastor Sara Wrona officiating. Interment will be in Westmoreland Memorial Park, Greensburg.
