Malcolm was a dentist for 38 years in Clayton, Missouri, after having served two years in the Army Dental Corps with the Army of Occupation in Japan.
He was survived by his daughters Allyn (Robert) Modic and Sheryl (Daniel) Stalker; sister Frances Glicksberg Sturner; and a grandson.
