Solomon was born in old Persia, now Iran. It is unknown who his parents were. But his brother, Samson B. Samuelian, is also buried in this cemetery, as is his uncle, Vartan S. Samuelian.

Solomon fought in WWII, enlisting in the U. S. Army on August 18, 1942, and being discharged on September 19, 1945.
