Tra was born on August 31, 1999, in McAlester, Oklahoma the son of Terry Ray Abreo and Kristine Louise (McGuire) Fowler. Tra was a junior at Eufaula High School. He was a member of the FFA and was part of the welding team. He worked as a bagger at Nichols Grocery. Tra loved to hang out with his family and friends, fish and work on cars. He attended church at the Hanna Assembly of God and the Lighthouse Christian Center.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charlene and Felix Glen Abreo.
