David Miller, aged 39 years, of this city, died at a hospital in Madison Saturday night at 8 o’clock. The remains were brought to this city Monday arriving at 1 o’clock.
While working as a carpenter at the Shea & Donnelly mill more than a year ago he was stricken with softening of the brain and was treated for some time in this city. He was finally sent to the hospital in Madison, where his condition was not improved.
He is survived by the widow and one step daughter, Mrs. Robert O’Bannon.
Funeral services were conducted from the home at 1524 West 9th street at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev. O’Haver. The services were in charge of the local Red Men lodge. Burial was at Green Hill.
