Carlos Rondall Conley, age 81, of Garrett, died Tuesday, November 1 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville. He was born March 7, 1930 in Handshoe, Ky. a son of the late Coet and Cora Chaffins Conley and the late Vertie Conley. Carlos was a retired mechanic for Ford Motor Co., and a Korean Army Veteran. He is survived by one son Edgille Coet (Diane) Conley, Allen, one daughter, Sabrina Lynn (Christopher) Holbrook, East Point, beloved friend and companion; Minnie Boleyn, Garrett, KY., two brothers, Merle Conley, Logan, Oh., Lowell Conley, Louisville, one sister, Carolyn Lewis, Logan, Oh., and two grandchildren, Jason Holbrook and Joshua Conley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, William Jonathan Conley. Funeral service for Carlos Rondall Conley will be conducted Friday, November 4 at 1 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Roger Bolen officiating. Burial will follow in the J.M. Conley Cemetery, Hueysville, with the Hall Funeral Home caring for those arrangements.
