Specialist Four Jesse L Brandon was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service and a Draftee, SP4 Brandon served our country until March 1st, 1967 in Tay Ninh, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was married. It was reported that Jesse was killed by friendly fire. His body was recovered. SP4 Brandon is on panel 15E, line 125 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.

He was awarded The Silver Star Medal for Gallantry in Action, The Purple Heart Medal for his combat related wounds, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Republic of Vietnam Campaign Service Medal and The National Defense Service Medal.
