Mulvaney Sr. died Feb. 26 in Grants. He was born on Oct. 9, 1924 in Winth, Ark.
Mulvaney served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and during the Korean conflict.
Survivors include his son, Paul E. Mulvaney Jr. of Albuquerque; daughters, Sheila Siemer of San Diego, Calif., Cathy Mulvaney of Calif., Anna Sauer of Lancaster, Calif., Barbara Allison of Rio Rancho, Nancy Habacz of Albuquerque and Monica Jean Davis of Grants; brother, Johnie of Lancaster; sisters, Katherine of El Paso, Texas, and Audrey of Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Mulvaney was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann Mulvaney; parents, Rhoda Velma Erbsohloe and Jas Elmer Mulvaney; sisters, Juanita, Ruby, and Helen and brother, Alvin.
