Grace E. Arthur, 89, of Plum died Wednesday (June 18, 2003) at Presbyterian SeniorCare, Oakmont.
Born June 26, 1913, in Pittsburgh, she lived in Plum most of her life.
Mrs. Arthur was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Plum Creek, Plum.
Survivors include a son, Donald (Carole) Arthur of Cary, N.C., four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She also is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Dorothy (Ralph) Master and Mrs. Carol (Ralph) Ritter, whom resided with her in childhood, and Janyce Divers; a nephew, Bill Smith; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Arthur, and her parents, Fred and Amanda Moyer Stemrich.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES LTD., ROTH CHAPEL, 7450 Saltsburg at Universal roads, Penn Hills. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Presbyterian Church of Plum Creek, by her pastor, the Rev. John J. Lolla Jr. Burial will be in Plum Creek Cemetery, Plum.
